Subscription to either plan is very simple. Simply click the link above to download the forms. Fill in and present to the Share Registry of the Fund or your preferred stockbroker. Bring along your National Identity card and a copy of recent (less than 3 months) utility bill (water, electricity or phone bill).
Note that the Constitution as well as the Public Offer document are available for consultation at the Registry.
